                     Step 3) Pre-spray seal of approval cleaner to loosen
                                     soil in the carpet

                     Step 4) Pre-treat spots and stains as necessary.
                     
                     Step 5) Rinse and extract with rinsing agent to
                                      ensure that the cleaning solution and soil
                                      are removed along with the rinsing agent,
                                      leaving a clean, residue-free carpet.

                     Step 6) Re-treat spots and stains when necessary.

                     Step 7) Rake carpet after cleaning to align fibers for
